HiTE-DRAAT / RESEARCH

HiTE-DRAAT.
Explore mass-casualty planning scenarios.

HiTE-DRAAT — Disaster Resource Allocation & Assessment Tool (formerly Horton Incident Triage / MDR) is a research prototype for emergency planners responding to physical attacks, explosions, natural disasters and other mass-casualty events. Estimate casualty arrivals and compare staffing, transport, care capacity and supplies when information is incomplete.

Compare scenario assumptions and nominal uncertainty intervals alongside resource limits. This prototype supports human planning; it is not clinically validated and does not provide individual patient triage, diagnosis or treatment instructions.

FROM SCENARIO TO RESPONSE

Make resource constraints visible.

01 / FORECAST

Estimate casualty arrivals.

Set the estimated casualty count, severity mix, arrival horizon and reporting completeness for a synthetic exercise.

02 / PLAN

Translate arrivals into demand.

Review estimated staff hours, transport lifts, bed hours and supply requirements with the assumptions that produced them.

03 / COMPARE

Compare feasible responses.

Automatically generate and rank response alternatives, or compare your own. Declare resource reserves and activation windows; ineligible plans are excluded from recommendations.

PILOT STATUS

Explore with a clear understanding.

Updated October 14, 2026: the public pilot runs the automatic-COA v2 calculation model in your browser. It includes generated and custom response alternatives, resource reserves, activation windows, aggregate demand, nominal uncertainty intervals and JSON export. A separate tab forecasts future arrivals from completed 15-minute observations without requiring a final casualty total. It does not connect to live emergency systems. No improvement in survival or real-world planning performance has been established.

Use synthetic information only. Do not enter patient information, CUI, classified information or live operational data. The pilot requires no account and does not upload scenario inputs to Horton. The first visit downloads the calculation engine. Results stay in the current tab and clear when it is reloaded or closed. Offline use requires a successful initial download and browser cache; retain exported results separately.

What your license covers

A named software release, the agreed delivery package, documentation and applicable license notices, plus onboarding and technical support as listed. Updates are included when released. Technical support is during business hours, with no guaranteed response time or clinical or emergency service. Unused monthly support does not roll over.

The public demos remain free to explore without an account. An organization subscription covers agreed internal research, fictional training and synthetic-data exercises. Your accepted quote identifies the release, delivery method, permitted users, start date, term and support. Extra users/sites, integrations, custom work, private hosting and distribution rights require a separate scope and quote, subject to availability.

Clear terms before activation

Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are quoted separately. After you accept the written quote and license terms, we issue an invoice before the agreed activation date. Annual renewal requires a newly accepted quote or express agreement. Monthly plans may be canceled before the next billing date, with no annual balance due; use rights end at the end of the paid term. No automatic renewal or automatic debit is enabled by default.

The license is nonexclusive and time-limited. Horton IT Enterprises LLC retains its software rights; a subscription does not transfer software ownership, grant perpetual use or authorize resale, redistribution or sublicensing. Third-party components retain their applicable licenses. Your organization retains its inputs and reports, subject to third-party rights.

Research prototypes only. These apps are not clinically validated or offered for diagnosis, treatment, individual patient triage or live emergency decisions. Use synthetic information only; do not submit patient, classified, CUI or live operational information. An inquiry does not place an order, charge a payment or grant a license.
