COMPONENT SOURCING & PURCHASING HELP

The right details.
A more useful quote.

Turn your bill of materials or replacement-parts requirement into a clear sourcing request. Horton IT Enterprises helps scope parts procurement and fulfillment around your specifications, timing and documentation needs.

Send us your parts list

START WITH FOUR INPUTS

Make every line of your parts list count.

In the quote form, paste a nonconfidential parts list into “Describe your request.” For each line use: manufacturer · full part number · quantity · needed date · alternatives allowed. For larger files, describe the list and request a suitable transfer method.

Do not paste export-controlled drawings, confidential designs, passwords or payment details into the public form. Tell us if a controlled document-sharing process is needed.

HOW PURCHASING HELP WORKS

Scope first. Review before ordering.

  1. Send the requirement. Include the four inputs above, delivery area and any purchasing constraints.
  2. Review sourcing options. We clarify specifications, available supplier options, quantities, documentation and timing. Any proposed alternative goes back to you for technical approval.
  3. Confirm the quote. Review the item cost, service fee, shipping, applicable taxes and other scoped costs, along with quote validity and supplier restrictions.
  4. Agree before purchase. A submitted request is not an order, stock reservation or payment. Purchasing and fulfillment follow the confirmed scope and agreed terms.

Supplier documents

Tell us upfront if you need a manufacturer datasheet, certificate of conformity, lot/date-code information, country-of-origin information or other supplier documentation. Availability and authenticity must be checked with the proposed source; we do not promise documents a supplier cannot provide.

Lead times and substitutions

Stock and lead times can change between inquiry, quotation and order acceptance. A quote should distinguish available stock from backorder estimates and show whether split shipments are proposed. A lead-time estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly confirmed in the agreed terms.

Existing service fee

Product cost + 7.5% minimum service fee. Sourcing and fulfillment based on the item description, size, quantity and availability. Unless otherwise agreed, a minimum 7.5% service fee is added to the product cost. Your quote confirms the applicable fee and total scope before work begins. Shipping, applicable taxes and outside costs are identified in the quote.
