PURCHASING & PRICING

A clear scope comes first.

Rates shown are starting prices or typical ranges. Your quote confirms labor, service fees, parts, shipping, applicable taxes and any outside costs before work begins.

Research app subscriptions

Choose annual prepaid or month to month. Each organization receives an individual quote and a time-limited license; Horton IT Enterprises LLC retains its software rights. Research and synthetic exercises only.

We agree the scope and license terms before issuing an invoice for activation. No automatic renewal or debit is enabled by default. Monthly plans can be canceled before the next billing date with no annual balance due. Annual renewal requires an accepted quote or express agreement. This form saves an inquiry and does not charge a payment.

Parts purchasing help

Send the manufacturer and full part number, quantity, required arrival date and whether alternatives are allowed. For multiple parts, paste one line per item into the description. Specify any required supplier certificates, lot information or datasheets.

Availability and lead times must be confirmed with the supplier. We review proposed substitutions with you and identify service fees, shipping, taxes and relevant supplier restrictions in the quote. Sending a request does not place an order or reserve stock.

Government & resale purchases

Horton IT Enterprises can review qualifying tax-exempt purchases with the appropriate documentation. Eligibility depends on the purchaser and transaction. Working on a government contract does not by itself make a purchase tax-exempt.

Virginia ST-12 addresses qualifying purchases by the United States government, the Commonwealth of Virginia and its political subdivisions. ST-10 is for qualifying resale purchases.

Open or download the blank forms from Virginia Tax. Complete them using a PDF editor where supported, or print and fill them in. Use the certificate appropriate to the transaction.
